As a Stockroom Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our store runs smoothly by maintaining and organizing inventory levels.   1. Maintain and organize inventory levels in the stockroom.
  2. Receive and process incoming shipments of merchandise.
  3. Ensure all merchandise is properly labeled and tagged.
  4. Update inventory system with new arrivals and restocked items.
  5. Conduct regular inventory counts and report any discrepancies.
  6. Keep stockroom clean, organized, and easily accessible.
  7. Communicate with sales associates to ensure they have the necessary merchandise on the sales floor.
  8. Assist with restocking sales floor during busy periods.
  9. Keep track of merchandise returns and exchanges.
  10. Assist with visual merchandising and creating eye-catching displays.
  11. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with inquiries and locating items for customers.
  12. Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions to accurately restock and replenish merchandise.
  13. Follow company policies and procedures for handling merchandise.
  14. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  15. Report any safety or security concerns to management.
