- Maintain organization and cleanliness of stockroom: The Stockroom Associate is responsible for keeping the stockroom clean, organized, and easily accessible for all team members.
- Receive and process shipments: The Stockroom Associate will be responsible for receiving and sorting incoming merchandise, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Manage inventory levels: The Stockroom Associate will monitor inventory levels and communicate with management to ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained.
- Restock sales floor: The Stockroom Associate will be responsible for replenishing merchandise on the sales floor as needed, ensuring that all sizes and styles are available for customers.
- Assist with visual merchandising: The Stockroom Associate will assist in setting up displays and visuals on the sales floor, as well as maintaining visual standards and guidelines.
- Fulfill online orders: The Stockroom Associate will be responsible for fulfilling online orders, including picking, packing, and shipping products to customers.
- Maintain stockroom security: The Stockroom Associate will be responsible for ensuring the security of all merchandise in the stockroom, including conducting inventory checks and reporting any discrepancies or theft.
- Provide exceptional customer service: The Stockroom Associate will be knowledgeable about the products and able to assist customers with locating items, answering questions, and providing excellent service.
- Collaborate with team members: The Stockroom Associate will work closely with the sales team and management to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the store.

Experience In Retail Or Stockroom Operations: Candidates For This Position Should Have Previous Experience Working In A Retail Environment, Ideally In A Stockroom Or Inventory Management Role. This Will Demonstrate Their Understanding Of The Fast-Paced And Dynamic Nature Of Retail Operations.
Strong Organizational Skills: Stockroom Associates Are Responsible For Keeping Track Of Inventory And Ensuring That Products Are Properly Stored And Easily Accessible. This Requires Strong Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail To Maintain An Efficient And Well-Organized Stockroom.
Physical Stamina And Ability To Lift Heavy Objects: This Position May Require Frequent Lifting, Carrying, And Moving Of Heavy Boxes And Merchandise. Candidates Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Meet The Physical Demands Of The Job.
Excellent Communication And Teamwork Abilities: Stockroom Associates Work Closely With Store Associates And Managers, As Well As With Customers. Strong Communication Skills And The Ability To Work Well In A Team Are Essential For This Role.
