Stockroom Associate

We are looking for a driven and organized Stockroom Associate to join our Tommy Hilfiger team! The ideal candidate for this role is detail-oriented, has excellent organizational skills, and has a strong knowledge of inventory management. In this role, you will be in charge of organizing our stockroom and ensuring that all inventory is accounted for.Required Qualifications:• High school diploma or equivalent• 1+ years of stockroom experience• Ability to lift heavy boxes and operate a pallet jack• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail• Knowledge of inventory management and tracking systems• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude

Responsibilities: • Receive merchandise and unload deliveries in the stockroom • Count and verify inventory against purchase orders • Enter data into inventory management software • Maintain organization of the stockroom and ensure all inventory is accounted for • Use a pallet jack and lift heavy boxes to move merchandise within the stockroom • Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and tracking system • Assist in ordering new stock and restocking shelves • Assist customers with orders and inquiries in the stockroom • Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the stockroom • Follow all safety protocols in the stockroom • Maintain exceptional customer service standards and a positive attitude
