Stockroom Associate

We're looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and hard-working Stockroom Associate to join the Tommy Hilfiger team! As a Stockroom Associate, you'll play an important role in ensuring our store runs efficiently and looks great. You'll have to be able to work independently, manage time well, and follow detailed instructions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a sharp eye for detail. Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, and process merchandise into the stockroom
• Check incoming merchandise for accuracy
• Manage stockroom inventory and keep it organized
• Maintain a clean and orderly stockroom
• Assist in putting away stockroom items
• Assist customers in locating items in the stockroom
• Assist in the transfer of merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor
• Assist in the organization of the stockroom
• Follow detailed instructions for customer orders
• Utilize customer service skills when working with customers
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies
