As a Stage Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales while representing the iconic Tommy Hilfiger brand.   1. Greet and welcome customers to the store in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering fashion advice, and assisting with purchases.
  3. Maintain a thorough knowledge of the Tommy Hilfiger brand and its products.
  4. Actively promote and sell merchandise, utilizing knowledge of current sales and promotions.
  5. Ensure that the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
  6. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit, and gift card payments.
  7. Maintain a clean and tidy work area, including the fitting rooms.
  8. Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty.
  9. Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and targets.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and fashion to effectively communicate and sell products to customers.
  11. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  12. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  13. Assist with store opening and closing duties as needed.
  14. Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  15. Represent the Tommy Hilfiger brand with enthusiasm and passion at all times.
