  1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Utilize your fashion expertise to offer styling advice and help customers find their perfect Tommy Hilfiger look.
  3. Maintain a strong knowledge of current fashion trends and Tommy Hilfiger products to effectively sell and promote merchandise.
  4. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively engaging with customers and utilizing sales techniques.
  5. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's point of sale system.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed and stocked.
  7. Build and maintain relationships with customers to promote brand loyalty and increase sales.
  8. Collaborate with the store team to achieve overall sales targets and provide feedback on customer needs and preferences.
  9. Continuously learn about new products and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, loss prevention measures and inventory management.
  11. Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by fostering teamwork and supporting colleagues.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to make suggestions for improvement and stay ahead of the competition.
  13. Attend training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge of the brand.
  14. Uphold the brand image and values of Tommy Hilfiger in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
  15. Perform any other duties as assigned by the store management team.
