  4. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in finding the right products and answering any questions they may have.
  5. Meet and exceed sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
  6. Maintain a neat and organized sales floor, ensuring all products are displayed properly.
  7. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's point of sale system.
  8. Keep up-to-date with current fashion trends and styles to better assist customers.
  9. Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  10. Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and targets.
  11. Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
  12. Assist with inventory management and restocking of products as needed.
  13. Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to management when necessary.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to loss prevention.
  15. Maintain a professional and polished appearance at all times to represent the Tommy Hilfiger brand.
