Sales Associate

We are searching for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Associate to join the team at Tommy Hilfiger. A minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience is preferred, but not required. Knowledge of the fashion industry and the Tommy Hilfiger brand is preferred. In addition, the successful candidate must possess a strong customer service orientation, a positive attitude, and a desire to exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilites:

1. Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service
2. Maintain knowledge of the fashion industry and Tommy Hilfiger brand
3. Assist customers in product selection and answer questions
4. Ensure accuracy of store inventory and displays
5. Process payments, returns and exchanges
6. Remain knowledgeable about current promotions, policies and procedures
7. Upsell additional products or services
8. Maintain a clean and organized store environment
9. Adhere to company policy and procedures
10. Participate in team meetings and training sessions
