Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Loss Prevention Advisor to join our team at Tommy Hilfiger. As a Loss Prevention Advisor, you will be responsible for providing customer service, monitoring store activity, and maintaining a high level of security in our retail environment. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual, with a passion for customer service and an understanding of the importance of loss prevention.Required Qualifications:• High school diploma or equivalent• Experience in loss prevention, security, or customer service• Ability to identify potential security risks and take appropriate action• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite• Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentIf you have the qualifications and the drive to help us maintain a high level of security and customer service at Tommy Hilfiger, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities of a Loss Prevention Advisor: • Provide excellent customer service to shoppers and store personnel • Monitor store activity for potential security risks • Identify potential security risks and take appropriate action • Follow all policies and procedures as outlined by the Tommy Hilfiger Loss Prevention team • Maintain a high level of security in the retail environment • Assist with investigations of theft, fraud, or other suspicious activity • Assist with incident reports and documentation • Maintain a professional demeanor at all times • Remain up-to-date on security trends and technologies • Provide timely and accurate reports to Loss Prevention management • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to complete reports and documents • Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail
