Loss Prevention Advisor

We are looking for an experienced Loss Prevention Advisor to join the Tommy Hilfiger team! The ideal candidate will be highly organized and have a passion for helping the company maintain healthy financial operations. In this role, you will be responsible for protecting the company’s assets from potential theft and fraud.To be successful in this role, you must have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. You should also be comfortable working independently and have the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain an effective security system plan to prevent theft and fraud activities.
2. Monitor the premises for suspicious activity.
3. Investigate any instances of theft or fraud.
4. Implement loss prevention strategies and procedures.
5. Prepare reports on any incidents of theft or fraud.
6. Provide training and guidance to staff on loss prevention policies and procedures.
7. Maintain records of security incidents and investigations.
8. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
9. Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to reduce liability and increase asset protection.
10. Monitor the effectiveness of security measures and make recommendations for improvement.
