Lead Sales Associate

We are looking for an experienced Lead Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at Tommy Hilfiger. Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate sales staff to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales • Maintain a strong knowledge of the products and services offered by Tommy Hilfiger • Assist in training and developing staff to ensure a high level of customer service • Monitor and analyze sales performance and develop action plans to improve results • Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store is well presented and inviting • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner • Monitor stock levels and ensure all products are well-stocked • Assist with cash management and ensure all transactions are accurate • Comply with all safety regulations and maintain a secure work environment
