Job Description

The Lead Sales Associate at Tommy Hilfiger is an integral part of our team, responsible for providing outstanding customer service and representing the Tommy Hilfiger brand with integrity. If you have a passion for fashion, a love of customer service, and an eye for detail, then this is the role for you. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a minimum of 3 years of retail experience to join our team. As a Lead Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service and creating a positive shopping experience for customers. You will also have the opportunity to inspire and lead a team of associates in driving sales and ensuring that customer service standards are consistently met.To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of the fashion industry. You will need to be able to work well in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage a team of associates. In addition, you will need to have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
