- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, using the store's point-of-sale system

- Train and mentor new sales associates on company values, product knowledge, and sales techniques
- Monitor and track sales performance, making adjustments and providing feedback to team members to meet sales targets
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Collaborate with the store manager to create and implement sales strategies and goals
- Maintain a strong understanding of the fashion industry and keep up-to-date with current trends and styles
- Uphold brand standards and represent the Tommy Hilfiger brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Strong Sales Experience: A Lead Sales Associate At Tommy Hilfiger Should Have A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Retail Sales, Preferably In A Similar Fashion Or Lifestyle Brand. This Experience Should Demonstrate A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.
