  • Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs and preferences, while also upselling and cross-selling additional items
  • Ensure the store is organized and visually appealing, with all products properly displayed
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, using the store's point-of-sale system
  • Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and company policies to effectively communicate with customers
  • Train and mentor new sales associates on company values, product knowledge, and sales techniques
  • Monitor and track sales performance, making adjustments and providing feedback to team members to meet sales targets
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • Collaborate with the store manager to create and implement sales strategies and goals
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the fashion industry and keep up-to-date with current trends and styles
  • Uphold brand standards and represent the Tommy Hilfiger brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Job Qualifications
