  1. Drive sales: The primary responsibility of the Lead Sales Associate will be to drive sales and meet sales targets set by the company. This includes monitoring sales performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to increase sales.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service: The Lead Sales Associate will be responsible for ensuring that customers have a positive shopping experience at our store. This includes greeting customers, assisting them in finding products, and handling customer complaints or concerns.
  3. Lead and motivate team: The Lead Sales Associate will be responsible for training and guiding the sales team to achieve their individual and collective sales goals. They will also be responsible for motivating and inspiring team members to provide excellent customer service.
  4. Maintain store appearance: The Lead Sales Associate will ensure that the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times. This includes restocking merchandise, arranging displays, and maintaining inventory levels.
  5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge: The Lead Sales Associate will be responsible for staying informed about the latest trends and products from Tommy Hilfiger. They will use this knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information to customers and team members.
  6. Handle cash and transactions: The Lead Sales Associate will be responsible for handling cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently. They will also be responsible for opening and closing the store and ensuring all cash registers are balanced.

  9. Monitor inventory levels: The Lead Sales Associate will be responsible for monitoring inventory levels and communicating with management about any low or out-of-stock items. They will also be responsible for conducting inventory counts and organizing stockroom and backroom areas.
