  1. Greet and welcome customers to the store in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries, offering product recommendations, and ensuring their needs are met.
  3. Lead by example and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.
  4. Train and onboard new sales associates, ensuring they are knowledgeable about products, company policies, and customer service standards.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to increase sales.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking merchandise and ensuring visual merchandising standards are met.
  7. Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Collaborate with management to create and implement sales and promotional strategies.
  9. Stay up-to-date on fashion trends and new product releases to effectively communicate with customers.
  10. Maintain a positive and energetic attitude to promote a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience for customers.

Job Qualifications
