- Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Monitor and maintain the accuracy of cash registers and ensure all transactions are processed correctly.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, and returns.

- Conduct end-of-day cash reconciliation and ensure all cashiers follow proper cash handling procedures.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed.

Retail Management Experience: Candidates For A Lead Cashier Position At Tommy Hilfiger Should Have Previous Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In A Fashion Or Apparel Setting.
