  1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the cash register and cashiers in the store.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their purchases and resolving any issues or concerns.
  3. Ensure accuracy in all cash transactions and maintain a high level of integrity in financial records.
  4. Train, mentor, and supervise cashiers, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  5. Monitor and maintain cash levels, prepare daily cash reports, and reconcile cash with sales at the end of each day.
  6. Communicate and enforce store policies and procedures to cashiers, ensuring compliance at all times.
  7. Handle and resolve any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  8. Assist with scheduling and assigning tasks to cashiers to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operation of the cash register.
  9. Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
  10. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and be able to assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations.
  11. Maintain a clean and organized cash register area, ensuring a positive and welcoming shopping environment for customers.
  12. Provide feedback and suggestions on ways to improve the cashier and overall store operations.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  14. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
