  1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
  2. Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting and embodying the values of Tommy Hilfiger to customers.
  3. Oversee cashiers and ensure that all cash handling procedures are followed accurately and efficiently.
  4. Train and mentor new cashiers on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized cash wrap area, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed and stocked.
  6. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Monitor inventory levels and communicate any stock shortages or issues to management.
  8. Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash counting and register reconciliation.
  9. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer experiences.
  10. Stay updated on current fashion trends and product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their purchases.
  11. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting teamwork and reinforcing company values.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  13. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and contribute to the overall success of the store.
  14. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Customer Service Skills: A Lead Cashier At Tommy Hilfiger Must Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Provide Exceptional Service To Customers, Resolve Any Issues Or Complaints, And Create A Positive Shopping Experience.

  • Previous Retail Experience: Candidates For This Position Should Have Previous Experience Working In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Cashier Or Supervisory Role. This Experience Will Demonstrate Their Ability To Handle Cash Transactions, Manage A Team, And Understand The Demands Of The Retail Industry.

  • Cash Handling Expertise: The Lead Cashier Will Be Responsible For Managing And Balancing The Cash Register And Handling Large Amounts Of Cash On A Daily Basis. Therefore, They Must Have A Strong Understanding Of Cash Handling Procedures And Be Able To Accurately Count And Reconcile Money.

  • Leadership Abilities: As The Lead Cashier, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Supervising And Training Other Cashiers. They Must Possess Strong Leadership Skills And Be Able To Effectively Delegate Tasks, Provide Constructive Feedback, And Motivate Their Team To Meet Sales Targets And Uphold Company Standards.

  • Attention To Detail: Accuracy Is Crucial In A Cashier Role, And Even More So In A Lead Cashier Position. The Candidate Must Have A Keen Eye For Detail To Ensure That All Cash Transactions Are Processed Correctly, Merchandise Is Priced Accurately, And The Store's Inventory Is Properly Managed.
