  1. Greet and engage customers with a friendly and positive attitude, creating a welcoming atmosphere in the store.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving any issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  3. Lead and supervise a team of cashiers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  4. Oversee the cash register and ensure accuracy in all transactions, including handling cash, credit, and other forms of payment.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including proper handling and storage of merchandise and supplies.
  6. Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock of items for purchase and reporting any discrepancies or shortages to the appropriate team members.
  7. Collaborate with other store departments to ensure smooth and efficient store operations, including restocking shelves, organizing displays, and assisting with customer needs.
  8. Maintain knowledge of current fashion trends and product offerings to assist customers with their purchasing decisions.
  9. Uphold company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, loss prevention, cash handling, and customer service standards.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador and uphold the image and values of Tommy Hilfiger, representing the brand in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  11. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and targets, contributing to the overall success and profitability of the store.
  12. Handle customer complaints and concerns in a timely and efficient manner, escalating to management as needed.
  13. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements in customer service and sales strategies.
  14. Train and mentor new cashiers, ensuring they are knowledgeable and capable of providing exceptional customer service.
  15. Act as a role model for the team, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
