Lead Cashier

We are looking for an outgoing and detail-oriented Lead Cashier to join our team at Tommy Hilfiger. As a Lead Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming environment for our customers. You'll have the opportunity to support and lead our team of Cashiers, ensuring that each customer has an exceptional shopping experience.To be successful in this role, you must have experience in cashiering and customer service, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 1. Provide exceptional customer service at all times and create a warm and welcoming environment for customers.
2. Supervise and lead a team of Cashiers, providing support and guidance as needed.
3. Train new Cashiers on company policies and procedures.
4. Monitor cashier activity, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
5. Assist with resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
6. Maintain an organized and clean work area.
7. Balance cash drawers and accurately record transactions.
8. Stay up to date on product offerings and promotions.
9. Assist customers with product selection and purchase decisions.
10. Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations.
