Lead Cashier

We are looking for an experienced Lead Cashier to join our team at Tommy Hilfiger! In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Cashiers, providing guidance and support to ensure that all operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background and experience in a cashier role. 3. Handle multiple tasks and prioritize work to ensure efficient store operations.
4. Ensure accuracy and integrity of cashier transactions.
5. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner.
6. Train and mentor new cashiers and provide on-going coaching.
7. Monitor cash drawer levels to ensure proper cash management.
8. Maintain a neat and organized work environment.
9. Comply with all company policies and procedures.
10. Work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
