Job Description

Are you a motivated and customer-oriented professional with a knack for handling money? If so, Tommy Hilfiger is looking for a Lead Cashier to join our team and help provide our customers with an exceptional shopping experience.The Lead Cashier is an integral part of our store's success and is a key player in ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. As Lead Cashier, you will be responsible for overseeing the cashiers and providing excellent customer service. You must be organized, have strong communication skills, and have a strong attention to detail. In addition, you must be able to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work, and work well under pressure.To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of one year of experience in a customer service position, a high school diploma or GED, and basic math skills. Experience with cash register and POS systems is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee cashiers and provide excellent customer service.
  2. Ensure that customers are satisfied with their purchases.
  3. Prioritize work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  4. Work well under pressure.
  5. Maintain accurate records of transactions.
  6. Resolve customer complaints and issues.
  7. Train and develop cashiers and other staff members.
  8. Monitor cash register and POS systems.
  9. Receive and process payments.
  10. Balance and reconcile cash drawers.
