Are you an experienced and organized individual looking to grow your career in retail? Tommy Hilfiger is seeking an enthusiastic Lead Cashier to join our team! As the Lead Cashier, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the cash register, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring all transactions are handled smoothly and accurately.We are looking for someone with exceptional organizational skills, excellent customer service and communication abilities, and a solid understanding of basic mathematics. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, possess previous retail and/or cashier experience, and have the ability to lead and mentor other staff members. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage daily operations of the cash register, including handling customer payments, ensuring accuracy of transactions, and providing customer service.
  2. Train and mentor other staff members on cash register operations and customer service.
  3. Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed.
  4. Provide customers with an excellent shopping experience by helping them find items, answering their questions, and offering advice.
  5. Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  6. Maintain a neat and organized workspace.
  7. Monitor cash register supplies and order additional items as needed.
  8. Stay up to date on new Tommy Hilfiger products, special promotions, and other store activities.
  9. Ensure that the store is visually appealing by properly displaying merchandise and keeping the store clean and organized.
  10. Assist in other store-related duties, as needed.
