Lead Cashier

We are looking for an experienced Lead Cashier to join our team at Tommy Hilfiger! The Lead Cashier is a key member of our retail store team, responsible for providing excellent customer service and managing the daily operations of the cash wrap. As the Lead Cashier, you will have the opportunity to use your skills and expertise to ensure the highest level of satisfaction for our customers.To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of store operations and be able to effectively manage the cash wrap and staff. Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent customer service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction at all times.
2. Oversee daily operations of the cash wrap, including managing staff and handling customer transactions.
3. Ensure accuracy of all cash transactions, including reconciling cash drawers and counting cash at the beginning and end of each shift.
4. Monitor customer traffic in the cash wrap area and provide assistance when needed.
5. Ensure compliance with all store policies and procedures.
6. Train and supervise cashiers on proper cash handling and customer service etiquette.
7. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
8. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
9. Assist with additional tasks as needed.
