Lead Cashier

We are looking for an experienced Lead Cashier to join the team at Tommy Hilfiger – a fashion powerhouse with a mission to inspire and connect with our customers through classic, quality pieces. As Lead Cashier, you will be responsible for managing the cash register operations and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the cash register operations and ensure all transactions are accurate and completed in a timely manner.
2. Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, including responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and offering advice on products and services.
3. Manage and motivate a team of cashiers, ensuring they are providing excellent customer service and following all procedures and protocols.
4. Ensure all customers have a positive shopping experience by providing assistance and answering any questions they may have.
5. Train new cashiers on proper cash register operations and customer service principles.
6. Monitor cash register supplies and order additional items as needed.
7. Monitor cash register transactions and investigate any discrepancies.
8. Ensure the cash register area is kept clean and organized.
