Job Description

Are you an experienced and motivated Lead Cashier looking to join a dynamic and high-performing team at Tommy Hilfiger? We’re looking for a customer service-oriented individual who is passionate about fashion and retail and who has the necessary qualifications to help us continue to deliver exceptional service to our customers.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of cashier experience in a retail store setting, as well as a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and sales experience. Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the primary cashier, handling customer transactions in a friendly and efficient manner
  2. Maintain an organized and clean work station throughout the shift
  3. Provide exceptional customer service and sales experience to customers
  4. Ensure payment transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner
  5. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
  6. Ensure compliance with cash handling procedures
  7. Assist with other tasks as needed such as restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, etc.
  8. Stay up-to-date with current Tommy Hilfiger products and trends
  9. Participate in team meetings and provide feedback and ideas to help the team reach its goals
  10. Monitor cash drawer levels throughout the shift and report any discrepancies to the supervisor
