Lead Cashier

We’re looking for an organized and customer-focused Lead Cashier to join the Tommy Hilfiger team. As a Lead Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and managing the daily operations of the cashiering team. You will be the face of the store, as you will be responsible for handling customer transactions in a professional and friendly manner.To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a customer service or management role and a strong understanding of cashiering operations. You should be able to work independently and collaboratively with the team to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are a must.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the daily operations of the cashiering team, ensuring excellent customer service.

7. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
8. Maintain a neat and organized workspace.
9. Assist in training new cashiers on cashiering operations.
10. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
