Responsibilities:

1. Provide friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable customer service to all customers
2. Handle customer inquiries quickly and accurately
3. Count and manage cash in the register
4. Balance cash drawer and prepare deposits
5. Ensure accurate and timely transaction processing
6. Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as necessary
7. Monitor store security to ensure safety and theft prevention
8. Lead, coach, and train team members on retail operations
9. Assist in resolving customer complaints
10. Adhere to company policies and procedures
11. Maintain a neat and orderly work area
