Lead Cashier

We are looking for an experienced Lead Cashier to join the team at Tommy Hilfiger. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and is driven to motivate team members. As the Lead Cashier, you will be responsible for helping to create an efficient and welcoming checkout experience for our customers.To be successful in this role, you should have proven leadership experience and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and direct the daily activities of the team of cashiers.
2. Ensure that all cashiers provide excellent customer service, following company policies and procedures.
3. Monitor cashier performance and provide feedback and guidance as needed.
4. Train new staff members on cashier procedures and customer service principles.
5. Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
6. Monitor the checkout area to ensure that it is clean and organized.
7. Create and implement strategies to improve customer service and checkout efficiency.
8. Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and produce reports.
9. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and policies.
10. Assist in the enforcement of store policies and procedures.
