  1. Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that align with the Tommy Hilfiger brand image and drive sales.
  2. Collaborate with the store management team to understand sales goals and create visual displays that support them.
  3. Maintain a thorough understanding of the Tommy Hilfiger brand and its current collections to accurately represent them in store.
  4. Create visually appealing and eye-catching displays that highlight key products, promotions, and trends.
  5. Regularly refresh and update displays to reflect new arrivals, seasonal changes, and special events.
  6. Ensure that all visual displays are properly stocked, organized, and maintained according to brand standards.
  7. Work closely with the retail team to ensure that all merchandise is accurately represented and displayed in a timely manner.
  8. Utilize visual merchandising principles to create a seamless and engaging shopping experience for customers.

  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor strategies to continuously improve the in-store visual merchandising efforts.
  11. Train and coach store associates on visual merchandising techniques and standards.
  12. Ensure compliance with all safety and security procedures in the visual merchandising process.
  13. Assist with set-up and execution of in-store events and promotions.
  14. Maintain a clean and organized visual merchandising workspace and storage area.
  15. Strive to continuously improve the in-store visual merchandising experience for customers.
