- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, providing a positive and inviting atmosphere for their shopping experience.
- Assist customers in finding and trying on merchandise, providing recommendations and styling advice when needed.
- Maintain knowledge of current fashion trends, new products, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Maintain a neat and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed and restocked.
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales goals, working together to create a positive and productive work environment.
- Proactively seek out and approach customers to provide exceptional customer service and promote sales.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to dress code, attendance, and loss prevention measures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to contribute to the overall success of the store and brand.
Previous Retail Experience: This May Include Working In A Similar Sales Associate Role, Working In A Customer Service Role, Or Having Experience In The Fashion Industry.
