  1. Lead a team of retail associates to provide exceptional customer service and uphold the company's high standards.
  2. Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to succeed.
  3. Monitor and assess employee performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed to maintain a high-performing team.
  4. Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including but not limited to inventory management, sales goals, and customer service standards.
  6. Serve as a role model for the team, exhibiting a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fashion.
  7. Coordinate and delegate tasks among team members to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  8. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
  10. Assist in visual merchandising and store presentation to create an inviting and visually appealing shopping environment.
  11. Collaborate with other supervisors and management to develop strategies for achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
  12. Communicate effectively with upper management regarding store operations, employee performance, and customer feedback.
  13. Ensure the security and safety of the store and its employees by following company policies and procedures.
  14. Continuously seek out ways to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience.
  15. Embrace and embody the company's brand values and mission to inspire and empower individuals through fashion.
