1. Lead and motivate team members to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales.
2. Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers and team members.
3. Ensure that all team members adhere to company policies and procedures.
4. Train and onboard new team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
5. Monitor and track individual and team performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve results.
6. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on current fashion trends.
7. Collaborate with management to develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
8. Assist in inventory management, including receiving and processing new merchandise and restocking the sales floor.
9. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
10. Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure an attractive and organized sales floor.
11. Foster a team-oriented environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and respect among team members.
12. Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures to protect company assets.
13. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall shopping experience.
14. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
15. Collaborate with other departments within the store, such as the visual merchandising team, to coordinate efforts and achieve overall store goals.
