Job Description

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Floor Supervisor to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of excellence. As a Floor Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing and leading our sales team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales to achieve our business goals.   1. Lead and manage the sales team to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  2. Train and onboard new team members, providing them with a thorough understanding of our brand, products, and sales techniques.
  3. Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve individual and overall sales results.
  4. Set and maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a personalized and enjoyable shopping experience.
  5. Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or adjusting product offerings to meet customer demand.
  6. Collaborate with other departments, such as merchandising and marketing, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and effective product placement.
  7. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Maintain a deep understanding of our products and the latest fashion trends to effectively assist customers in making purchasing decisions.
  9. Utilize sales data and reports to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase sales.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including visual merchandising standards and loss prevention measures.
  11. Assist in conducting performance evaluations and making recommendations for promotions or disciplinary action.
  12. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and competitor trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  13. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and a strong work ethic.
  14. Other duties as assigned by upper management.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Role In The Retail Industry, Preferably In A Fashion Or Apparel Brand.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Tommy Hilfiger Products, Brand Values, And Customer Service Standards.

  • Experience In Visual Merchandising And Maintaining Store Presentation To Company Standards.

  • Ability To Analyze Sales And Performance Data, Identify Trends, And Make Strategic Decisions To Drive Sales And Improve Store Performance.
