- Lead and supervise the team of sales associates to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times.
- Create a positive and motivating work environment for the team to promote productivity and teamwork.
- Train and develop team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies and procedures.
- Ensure the store is visually appealing and all merchandise is properly displayed and priced.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to increase sales.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate effectively with upper management and provide regular updates on store performance and team development.
- Maintain inventory levels and assist with stock management and replenishment.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure working environment.
- Lead by example and uphold the brand's values and standards at all times.
Prior Supervisory Experience: A Successful Floor Supervisor At Tommy Hilfiger Should Have At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Role, Preferably In The Retail Industry. This Experience Should Demonstrate Strong Leadership Skills, The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team, And The Ability To Handle Challenging Situations.
Excellent Communication Skills: As A Floor Supervisor, Clear And Effective Communication Is Essential For Delegating Tasks, Providing Feedback, And Resolving Conflicts. This Includes Both Verbal And Written Communication, As Well As The Ability To Actively Listen And Understand The Needs Of Both Customers And Employees.
Strong Knowledge Of Retail Operations: A Floor Supervisor At Tommy Hilfiger Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Company's Products, Policies, And Procedures. This Includes Knowledge Of Inventory Management, Visual Merchandising, And Sales Techniques.
