11. Ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
12. Assist in recruitment and training of new employees to ensure a knowledgeable and motivated team.
13. Communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff to ensure a cohesive and positive work environment.
14. Serve as a role model for sales associates by demonstrating excellent customer service and professional behavior at all times.
15. Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to make informed business decisions and contribute to the growth and success of the company.
