Floor Supervisor

The Tommy Hilfiger team is looking for an experienced Floor Supervisor to join our flagship store and lead our sales team to success. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and a passion for fashion. If you have a knack for problem solving and a desire to grow with an iconic brand, this is the job for you!The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role. They should be flexible to work a variety of shifts, have a solid understanding of retail operations, and be computer savvy. Additionally, they should have a proven track record of driving sales and meeting goals. Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and direct sales team performance, including setting goals and providing feedback.
2. Provide customer service and ensure excellent customer experience.
3. Assist with training and development of store personnel.
4. Maintain accurate records and reports of sales performance.
5. Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
6. Resolve customer issues and inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
7. Identify and implement opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
9. Monitor and manage inventory levels.
10. Stay up to date with industry trends and new product releases.
