Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and customer-oriented Floor Supervisor to join the team at Tommy Hilfiger! As the Floor Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the staff and ensuring that excellent customer service is provided at all times. You will need to be vigilant in observing and monitoring the sales floor and taking the necessary steps to ensure the store operates in an efficient and effective manner.To be successful in this role, you will need to have remarkable interpersonal and problem-solving skills, as well as a thorough understanding of sales and customer service. You should also be able to demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills. A friendly and positive attitude will also be a great asset.If you are passionate about customer service and have prior experience in a similar role, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times.
  2. Monitor the sales floor and take necessary steps to ensure the store operates in an efficient and effective manner.
  3. Utilize remarkable interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  4. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of sales and customer service.
  5. Exhibit excellent organizational and time management skills.
  6. Maintain a friendly and positive attitude.
  7. Assign tasks to staff and ensure that they are completed in a timely manner.
  8. Develop strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  9. Resolve customer complaints and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Handle staff performance issues and provide feedback and guidance.
