Floor Supervisor

Responsibilities of the Floor Supervisor:

2. Train and orient store staff on company policies and procedures.

4. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
5. Ensure store shelves are stocked and well-maintained.
6. Monitor sales performance and report trends to store management.
7. Assist with store schedules and staffing needs.
8. Ensure store standards for tidiness and cleanliness are met.
9. Maintain knowledge of current product trends and pricing.
10. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages team members to be their best.
