1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
2. Train and develop a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and uphold brand standards.
3. Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase sales.
4. Ensure that the store is visually appealing and adheres to brand guidelines at all times.
5. Manage staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak business hours and events.
6. Conduct regular meetings with the team to review sales goals, performance, and provide feedback and coaching.
7. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
8. Collaborate with other departments, such as merchandising and marketing, to ensure cohesive and effective operations.
9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors' activities to make recommendations for improvement.
10. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

12. Participate in recruiting and hiring processes for new team members.
