  1. Oversee Operations: The Floor Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the retail store, including managing inventory, scheduling staff, and ensuring the store is clean and organized.
  2. Lead and Motivate Staff: This role will involve leading a team of sales associates and motivating them to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service. The Floor Manager will be responsible for training new staff and providing ongoing support and guidance.
