Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join our team as the Director of Supply Planning and Operational Excellence at Tommy Hilfiger. In this role, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our supply chain operations by implementing strategies and processes that optimize efficiency and productivity. As a key member of our senior management team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business and shape the future of our brand.   1. Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with the overall business objectives of Tommy Hilfiger.
  2. Oversee and manage all aspects of supply planning, including demand forecasting, inventory management, and production planning.
  3. Identify areas for improvement within the supply chain and develop and implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of supply chain strategies with other business functions.
  5. Lead and manage a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  6. Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track and analyze supply chain performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  8. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management and continuously seek out opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  9. Work closely with senior management to develop and implement company-wide operational excellence initiatives.
  10. Collaborate with other departments, such as design and merchandising, to ensure alignment and efficient execution of product launches and promotions.
  11. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on supply chain performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  12. Represent Tommy Hilfiger at industry events and conferences to promote the brand and network with key stakeholders.
  13. Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability within the supply chain team.
  14. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to supply chain operations.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador and embody the values and mission of Tommy Hilfiger in all aspects of the role.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Supply Planning And Operational Excellence In The Retail Or Fashion Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Supply Chain Operations And Processes, Including Demand Forecasting, Inventory Management, And Production Planning.

  • Experience With Implementing And Optimizing Supply Chain Systems And Technologies, Such As Erp And Supply Chain Planning Software.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Develop A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Drive Operational Excellence.
