We are looking for an organized and motivated individual to join our team as Deputy Store Manager at Tommy Hilfiger. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring customer satisfaction and upholding the Tommy Hilfiger brand standards. Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor store operations and ensure that the Tommy Hilfiger brand standards are upheld.
  2. Lead a team of employees and provide guidance, coaching, and support.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and drive sales growth.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  6. Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered to all customers.
  7. Oversee stock levels and order merchandise when necessary.
  8. Resolve customer complaints promptly and efficiently.
  9. Train and develop staff to maximize their potential.
