  11. Stay updated on company products, promotions, and initiatives to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.
  12. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
  13. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity within the team.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional work environment and serve as a role model for team members.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador and represent Tommy Hilfiger in a positive and professional manner at all times.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: A Successful Deputy Manager Must Have Strong Leadership Skills To Oversee The Customer Experience And Sales Team At Tommy Hilfiger. This Includes The Ability To Motivate, Coach, And Develop Team Members To Achieve Sales Targets And Provide Exceptional Customer Service.

  • Sales And Customer Service Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Retail Sales And Customer Service, Preferably In The Fashion Industry. This Experience Should Include A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets, As Well As Delivering Excellent Customer Service.

  • Knowledge Of Tommy Hilfiger Brand: A Deputy Manager Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Tommy Hilfiger Brand, Its Products, And Its Target Audience. This Includes Knowledge Of Current Trends, Styles, And Market Competition. This Will Enable The Deputy Manager To Effectively Train And Guide The Team In Promoting And Selling Tommy Hilfiger Products.

  • Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Effective Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Crucial For A Deputy Manager To Build Strong Relationships With Customers, Team Members, And Other Departments Within The Company.
