  • Train, mentor, and motivate team members to provide exceptional customer experiences and meet sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to increase sales and profitability.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the brand's products, values, and target customers to effectively communicate and promote the brand.
  • Collaborate with the store manager to create and implement sales and marketing plans to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
  • Assist in inventory management and ensure stock levels are maintained to meet customer demand.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market changes to inform business decisions.
