  1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Customer Experience and Sales department.
  2. Motivate and lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  4. Ensure that all customer interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner.
  5. Train and develop new and existing team members on customer service and sales techniques.
  6. Monitor and analyze sales performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  8. Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
  9. Handle customer escalations and resolve any issues in a timely and effective manner.
  10. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment for the team.
  11. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
  12. Manage inventory and ensure proper merchandising and visual presentation of products.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, loss prevention and safety guidelines.
  14. Act as a role model for the team by consistently demonstrating exceptional customer service and sales skills.
  15. Prepare and present reports on department performance to senior management.
  16. Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
  17. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  18. Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to ensure all team members are up to date on company policies and procedures.
  19. Assist in recruitment and hiring of new team members.
  20. Perform any other duties as assigned by the store manager.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Customer Service: A Deputy Manager At Tommy Hilfiger Must Have A Strong Background In Customer Service, With A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role. This Includes Handling Customer Inquiries, Resolving Complaints, And Ensuring Overall Customer Satisfaction.
