- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Customer Experience and Sales department.
- Motivate and lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that all customer interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner.
- Train and develop new and existing team members on customer service and sales techniques.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve any issues in a timely and effective manner.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
- Manage inventory and ensure proper merchandising and visual presentation of products.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, loss prevention and safety guidelines.
- Act as a role model for the team by consistently demonstrating exceptional customer service and sales skills.
- Prepare and present reports on department performance to senior management.
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to ensure all team members are up to date on company policies and procedures.
- Assist in recruitment and hiring of new team members.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the store manager.
Experience In Customer Service: A Deputy Manager At Tommy Hilfiger Must Have A Strong Background In Customer Service, With A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role. This Includes Handling Customer Inquiries, Resolving Complaints, And Ensuring Overall Customer Satisfaction.
Sales And Retail Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record In Driving Sales And Meeting Sales Targets. They Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Retail Industry, Including Knowledge Of Current Trends And Competitor Analysis.
