Job Description

Tommy Hilfiger is looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Brand Specialist to join our team! As a Brand Specialist, you will have the opportunity to represent the Tommy Hilfiger brand and help to create an engaging and memorable shopping experience for our customers. To be successful in this role, you must be passionate about fashion, a brand ambassador, and have an excellent eye for detail. You must also have strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Represent the Tommy Hilfiger brand in a professional and positive manner.
  2. Create an engaging and positive shopping experience for customers.
  3. Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and be able to answer customer questions.
  4. Keep up to date with the latest trends in fashion.
  5. Assist customers with product selection and offer styling advice.
  6. Maintain a neat and organized sales floor.
  7. Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  8. Process customer purchases and returns in a timely and efficient manner.
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer data.
  10. Assist with promotional activities and other marketing initiatives.
