
Assistant Store Manager
We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our team at Tommy Hilfiger as an Assistant Store Manager. The ideal candidate should be passionate about the brand and have a keen sense of fashion. They should also be an effective leader with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for helping the Store Manager create a positive environment and excellent customer experience. They will also assist with the day-to-day operations of the store, including overseeing store staff, managing inventory, and driving sales.To be successful in this position, the Assistant Store Manager must have at least two years of retail management experience. They should also be highly organized with strong problem-solving skills. Additionally, it is essential that the individual be self-motivated and have a desire to exceed expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in creating a positive store environment and excellent customer experience.
- Oversee store staff, ensuring all store operations run smoothly.
- Manage inventory, ordering new stock and ensuring inventory levels are appropriate.
- Drive sales by implementing effective promotional strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor store performance and take corrective action when necessary.
- Train and develop store staff, providing guidance and support.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor store budget and expenses, ensuring the store remains profitable.
- Maintain a professional appearance and ensure the store is clean and organized.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
