  1. Support buying team in researching and analyzing current fashion trends to identify potential products for the brand.
  2. Assist in the development and execution of buying strategies to meet sales and profit targets.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, merchandising, and marketing to ensure cohesive product assortments.
  4. Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  5. Maintain strong relationships with vendors and negotiate favorable pricing and terms.
  6. Coordinate product samples, swatches, and images for presentations and meetings.
  7. Prepare and analyze sales reports to inform buying decisions and identify any potential issues.
  8. Manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of products.
  9. Monitor inventory levels and work with the planning team to ensure proper stock levels.
  10. Support in-season product management, including markdowns, promotions, and inventory balancing.
  11. Stay updated on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
  12. Attend trade shows and buying trips to identify new product opportunities.
  13. Provide administrative support to buying team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and organizing documents.
  14. Assist with product pricing and margin analysis.
  15. Uphold company values and brand standards in all interactions with vendors and colleagues.

Job Qualifications
