  1. Assist in developing and executing the buying strategy for the Tommy Hilfiger brand.
  2. Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends and conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for the brand.
  3. Collaborate with the Buying team to determine product assortment for each season.
  4. Attend trade shows and vendor meetings to source new products and negotiate pricing.
  5. Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or discontinuing products.
  6. Work closely with the Merchandising team to ensure timely delivery of products and maintain inventory levels.
  7. Analyze sales data and make recommendations for pricing and promotions.
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts and terms.
  9. Assist in creating and managing budgets and forecasts for the buying department.
  10. Communicate with cross-functional teams, such as Marketing and Operations, to ensure alignment on brand goals and initiatives.
  11. Assist in the preparation of presentations for management and senior executives.
  12. Monitor competitor activities and report on market trends and insights.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador and represent Tommy Hilfiger at industry events and functions.
  14. Provide support to the Buying team in any other tasks or projects as needed.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical standards and compliance regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Retail Buying Or Merchandising, Preferably In The Fashion Industry.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Interpret Sales Data And Make Informed Buying Decisions.

  • Strong Understanding Of Current Fashion Trends And Market Competition.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Other Retail Software Programs, With The Ability To Create And Maintain Buying Reports And Inventory Management Systems.
